Gerber Baby Food Recall Info
Gerber has placed a recall on their Organic 
Oatmeal 8 Ounce Cereal because of a newly found choking hazard. This is a voluntary recall initiated by Gerber Product Company. The reason for the potential choking hazard is for the fact that a limited quantity of the product may become lumpy when its supposed to be dissolved in milk or water. Gerber has received quite a few complaints prior to the recall of reported babies choking on the organic cereal. Below are screen shots of the product being recalled.
