I have to be honest. This book Go Put Your Strengths to Work: 6 Powerful Steps to Achieve Outstanding Performance does have some mixed reviews. Some people claim it to be boring. It is a how to work better book though, business and the know how of business is mostly boring folks. Some of the best business folks are the rather dull type. Anyways, the book is less than $20, so I don’t think you can really go wrong even if it is boring. You may just become a better business person because of it.
