Is Dell A Good Brand of Computers?
Dell is amazing. Dell loves their customers. Dell is a good brand of computers!
Dell, by far, is a company that never fails to amaze me. Their products, service and warranty offers are by far the most amazing on the market. In January, I purchased a brand new Dell notebook computer. My old laptop computer lasted me for 6 years, which was a Gateway brand. I never really had any problems with my old laptop other than the fact it was getting old.
I was very nervous buying a new laptop. Needless to say, they are expensive. However, I am very pleased with my decision of purchasing a Dell Notebook computer. I would go so far so to say that buying a Dell Notebook computer was the best purchase I have ever made.
Here I am 7 months later… and the only problems I have had with the laptop is that I have worn out the keys. The letters have faded off and the letter “J” now sticks. But please…keep in mind, I am a full time blogger and a full time writer. I use my laptop in excess of 12 hours per day.
What’s more, is the fact that I have a Dell technician coming to my house this Tuesday to replace my key pad. Additionally, I noticed a few dead pixels in my LCD screen and the shell has faded quite a bit where my hand rests on it. These items are all getting replaced, free of charge. And the work is being done right here in my house.
Amazing! This is all covered with my 1 year on site warranty. So, if you are in the market for a laptop computer, I would look no further than Dell. This company is amazing and provides their customers with absolutely the best level of customer service. Exceeding any other company by leaps and bounds.
Dell’s products, services and warranties are top notch. I totally recommend that everyone purchase a Dell.
