This is the first time I have heard of MyDeathSpace.com. It kind of creeps me out a bit, but I understand the whole meaning why it was created.

MyDeathSpace is the final resting place for MySpace profiles. MyDeathSpace was started in 2005 by Mike Patterson, who was fueled by morbid curiosity to look up the MySpace profiles of two slain teenage sisters. When a person dies, they sometimes leave an online profile behind. The tales are mostly those of the very young who died prematurely which includes MySpace users who committed suicide and those who were murdered. There’s a boy who passed out in the shower and drowned. There’s a 20-year-old whose body was discovered burned to death on a hiking trail and a woman who overdosed on drugs and was found dead in a portable toilet. MyDeathSpace.com is no way related to MySpace.com.
