Tammy Faye Messner Dies at 65
Earlier in the month, Tammy Faye had an interview with Larry King. She had said:
“I believe when I leave this earth, because I love the Lord, I’m going straight to heaven.” Asked if she had any regrets, Messner said: “I don’t think about it, Larry, because it’s a waste of good brain space.”
Tammy Faye was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1996 and it spread to her lungs. She passed away peacefully in her home Friday.
A family service was held Saturday in a private cemetery, where her ashes were interred.

I watched Tammy Faye from back in the original PTL club days, she was an inspiration to all then and feel she will always be, she was very couragous and will now be in a better place with The Lord, her pain is now gone, I can only pray her family can heal from such a tragic loss and know that Tammy Faye Messner will never be forgotten!! My prayers are with the family!
