Do you use online Instant Messengers? Have you been wondering which Instant Messenger program is the best? You are not the only one. I have been using Yahoo Instant Messenger, Google Instant Messenger (Gmail Talk) and MSN Messenger and for me it is really difficult to figure out which one is better. Each messenger client has certain things that I like that are not included with the other two.

All in all, if I had to make a choice on deciding to use only one, I would choose Yahoo Instant Messenger. I do like Google more than I like Yahoo, but unfortunately, there are still some glitches with Gmail Talk. Sometimes when I try to send files to the person I am speaking with, the system tells me that I must be logged into Gmail Talk to do so… it doesn’t make sense, because I am logged into Gmail Talk.

YIM has been around for a long time. So has AIM for that matter. I don’t think that I should not consider AOL Instant Messenger. I don’t use it too often anymore, but AIM, ICQ and YIM are some of the oldest and more established Instant Messenger programs online. What Instant Messenger program do you like to use, and why?
