Track Shoe Deals at Wal-Mart
Well, it’s that time of year again, when all the kids in our town are seen running all over the place. When you live in a small town, you don’t tell the seasons by the color of the trees, you tell by which sports the kids are practicing for, and right now that’s track. My son doesn’t do track, he’s a wrestler plain and simple. My daughter wants to be in track, but isn’t the most graceful child in town. So, she became the team manager.
The good part about that is that I don’t have to buy her a special pair of shoes for running this year. The bad news is that I found a pair of track shoes at Wal-Mart that would have been perfect, and at a price that I could have afforded. But I look at it this way, not only have we saved money on not having to buy the shoes, I’ll be saving money in gas as I won’t have to drive all over the universe to watch my kids run.
