What About Offline Deals?

Everyone goes frantic with trying to find the best deals online. And you know… I guess there is nothing wrong with that; however, I strongly recommend not discounting out the fact that there are HUGE deals OFFLINE. I was reading my Sunday paper yesterday and glancing through the classified ads and I about flipped my lid with the local deals I found. It was terrible that I wasn’t in a position to buy; however, I guarantee you that I could have bought many items off my local classifieds and easily flipped them on eBay for a profit.

In my local classifieds, I found an xBox 360 being sold with 4 games, two controllers and receipts for $50 bucks! I then looked more and found a 1996 Honda Civic for $750 dollars with title and it included a CarFax report. The list goes on and on. Heck, one more just to get you drooling. Oak table and matching chairs for $25 bucks, two years old, purchased new for $550 dollars, has receipt.

So you see, great deals can be found online, but you should not discount the fact that there are tons of deals OFFLINE. Most of these deals come from classifieds or yard sales and are being offered by people who have no clue about the Internet, nor do they care about maximizing their profits. 9 out of 10 cases, they are just trying to get rid of old stuff to make room for something else.
