Defender is good, but it isn’t up to the task that Webroot SpySweeper is.
SpySweeper is the best protection against malware out there. Of course, you can run both.

Please tell me more about SpySweeper and how it performs better than Windows Defender. Also does when Microsoft releases their RC or even final version, will this still remain the same?
